Disconnect the two cables. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. I started the car without the screen for good measure. Turn off the car. Plug the screen back in and start the car up and see if the screen turns on. If yes, snap the bezel back into place and screw bolts back in. If not, reinstall anyway and you'll have to go to the dealer. It may be the CX- 5, CX-8, CX-9, or Mazda 2 screen that has turned black suddenly.
